Widely recognised as an astute and steady presence, Lisa brings sharp operational insight alongside warmth and encouragement. She ensures excellence behind the scenes while actively strengthening relationships across teams, partners, and Vox’s wider community.

After moving from a corporate background to pursue her passion for people and social change, Lisa has built years of hands-on experience in prisons as well as creative and community settings. This practice-based work has given her a deep understanding of how to support both people and processes effectively.  While she does not claim to have all the answers, Lisa’s approach is one of curiosity, responsiveness, and hope for positive change.
