Opportunity: Community Development Lead
We are looking for a Community Development Lead to join our team. This is an exciting new senior practice facing role, in a justice focused organisation where strategy, practice and theory intertwine.
The successful post-holder will be someone who has significant experience in community work practice, thinks strategically and critically, and has held substantial responsibility for the development of people and community projects.
The post is focused on development — of practice, people, community, projects, and external engagement.
Vox Liminis are an arts and community organisation working within criminal justice – sparking fresh conversations and insights so that our responses to crime, harm and conflict might (re)build connections, trust and belonging rather than further divisions.
Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, incorporating a high degree of flexibility. This is a permanent post, with a salary in the region of £40,000 per year, based on experience.
