You're Not the Only One appears on our latest album, Over the Wall.  Written by a prison officer in HMP Barlinnie, the song speaks openly about those moments when life feels heavy and doubt creeps in. Though originally imagined as a punk track, this version strips things back into a laid-back acoustic piece, giving space for the lyrics to take hold.

It challenges the negative thoughts that can leave us feeling isolated, and instead reminds us that struggle is a shared part of being human - none of us carry it alone.  You're Not the Only One encourages holding on, taking small steps forward, and recognising that change is possible even when it feels distant.
