Rob is Chief Executive of 3rd Horizons Ltd, the Glasgow based futures consultancy, set up in 2011. With over twenty years of working in the public sector, he has a keen interest in system leadership, research, policy and design.

He works across the UK on various projects, including scenario planning for public and private sector organisations. Robert lives in Glasgow’s Southside where, away from work, he can be found cycling about, walking the dog, eating curry or winding up his kids!
