This heart-felt song of remembrance was written during a Distant Voices song-writing session at the Glasgow-based offices of Vox Liminis. The session involved participants from several community projects. B.J. Morrison and Adam Hunter are both involved with Centrestage, where Adam is a music worker. Adam helped B.J. craft the words by discussing his memories of the grandparents who raised him, and they perform together on the recording; both sing, Adam plays guitar and B.J. adds the harmonica. This is a project demo, recorded onsite as part of the workshop.
